- We collaborated with the district on four Head Start facilities that were recently taken over, which helped drive meal counts.

- Farmers Market Collaboration: Hosted an event where students earned “money” to purchase local produce and plants grown in Agriculture class, with added participation from the library offering local books. Plans to expand next year.
- Grant-Funded Hydroponics: Secured a Hydroponic Grant to purchase two towers, enabling students to grow lettuce and cilantro for the Sono bar. Students are trained in proper care, washing, and cutting. Future plans include building greenhouses and incorporating more herbs into daily recipes.
- Mood Boost for Pre-School: Introduced Mood Boost program to encourage preschoolers to try new foods, which are then added to menus based on their excitement and acceptance.
- Student Council Tastings & Feedback: Conducted tastings with surveys to gather input on new menu items, adjusting offerings based on student preferences.
- Coffee Station Success: Implemented a coffee station at the high school, increasing breakfast sales by 40%. Monthly holiday flavors keep the program fresh and popular.

- Engaging Students with Programs: Monthly Fun Days, Discovery Kitchen, Mood Boost for Pre-K, Global Eats, and other activities designed to increase engagement and participation.
- Promoting Local Agriculture: Farm to School initiatives, including collaboration with FFA at Beech Grove, to feature local produce in meals and offerings.
- Community and District Catering: Providing nutritious catering services daily to Hope Academy and other schools, as well as Chambers of Commerce and district-wide events.
- Innovative Menu Concepts: Introducing trending options like Smash Burger Bar and Hot Supper service to keep menus fresh and appealing.
Tri-Creek
- The Summer Foods Program was a tremendous success in Lowell and the surrounding areas, earning recognition from the Lowell Rotary Club for its positive impact on the community.
- Indiana Food Day celebrations were equally successful, with students and teachers excited to participate in the festivities.
- Hot Chocolate sales during the winter season remain a favorite among students, especially at the middle school level.
- The Celebrity Chef event featuring Jonathan Zaragosa was a highlight, showcasing how the cafeteria can serve as a culturally enriching and educational part of the student experience.
